What are the delivery options for orders within Singapore?
All orders will be sent via registered trackable mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order, free of charge, at our office - 114 Lavender Street, CT Hub 2. You will receive an email notification with the details when your order is ready for collection.
Is shipping free for orders within Singapore?
Shipping is free for all local orders at or above SGD$80.
If your order is $80 and below, a shipping fee of $4 will be added to your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders within Singapore: 3 - 5 business days
International orders: 4 - 7 business days
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation.
How can I track my order?
For all online orders, you will receive an email confirmation after you have made successful payment. At this point, you order is being processed and the tracking number is not yet available.
After your order has been shipped, a shipping notification will be emailed to you. This email will include a tracking number for you to track your parcel.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All orders are not valid of return and exchange.
What do I do if I receive and incorrect item?
If you have received an incorrect item, please write in to us within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. We will then be able to assist you.
In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: sale products.
Why does my item not look exactly like how it is in the photos?
Due to the nature of being handmade and self-assembled, every single piece of jewelry made for each customer is unique. No two pieces of handmade jewelry are exactly the same.
Work done by hand takes less energy than a mass production assembly line, which makes it more environmentally sustainable. Thank you for supporting handmade!
